At KEFY, we want you to be 100% happy with your activewear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how you can make a return:
1. Return Window
- You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Item Condition
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New, unused, and unworn
- In their original packaging with tags still attached
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Please note that underwear, socks, accessories and sale items are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- We offer both refunds and exchanges. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your request as quickly as possible.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- We advised to send your return with tracked post.
6. How to Start a Return
- To start a return, please email us at contact@kefy.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- Details of the items you’d like to return
- We’ll get back to you with further instructions within 2-3 business days.
7. Delivery Area
- We currently only deliver and accept returns within the UK.
8. Exceptions
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.
- Repeated Returns: If we notice an unusual pattern of returns, we may investigate and reserve the right to refuse future returns.
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the damage. We’ll sort it out for you right away!
