  • Flat-Rate Shipping: £3.99 per order
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £70

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing

  • We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

  • All orders come with tracking for your peace of mind. You’ll receive a tracking link in your confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

At KEFY, we want you to be 100% happy with your activewear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how you can make a return:

1. Return Window

  • You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Item Condition

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • New, unused, and unworn
  • In their original packaging with tags still attached

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Please note that underwear, socks, accessories and sale items are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • We offer both refunds and exchanges. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your request as quickly as possible.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • We advised to send your return with tracked post.

6. How to Start a Return

  • To start a return, please email us at contact@kefy.co.uk with:
  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Details of the items you’d like to return
  • We’ll get back to you with further instructions within 2-3 business days.

7. Delivery Area

  • We currently only deliver and accept returns within the UK.

8. Exceptions

  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.
  • Repeated Returns: If we notice an unusual pattern of returns, we may investigate and reserve the right to refuse future returns.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the damage. We’ll sort it out for you right away!
